23rd January 2012	Completing and finalising all headpieces and prosthetic scarifications as well as gathering all costume materials and accessories ready for testing next week Research book templates to finalise my book design
30th January 2012	Testing at the studio in Southend on Sea with the headpieces, makeup designs, costume fittings and photography testing on all models and with the photographer to ensure any alterations will be made for the final shoots
6th February 2012	Completing any alterations that need to be made from the testing, and creating the costumes measured from the fitting rehearsals the week prior
13th February 2012	Arranging prop hire for the photo shoots for 2 weeks commencing 27th March 2012 – Also Arrange travel, time and location for the models
20th February 2012	Confirm models attendance Prepare makeup, hair and costume equipment and accessories to ensure everything is ready for the shoots
27th February 2012	Start final photo shoots   Meeting photographer and models at the studio in Southend on Sea
5th March 2011	Finish second half of final shoots Meeting photographer and models at the studio in Southend on Sea
12th March 2012	Go through the images and discuss with the photographer/editor how the post production outcome should look whilst finalising the images that will be used  Finalise the descriptive writing and quotes that will be on view inside the book
19th March 2012	Over see the progression of the editing Order a sample book with both images and writing to decide on the final outcome of the print – special delivery from blurb printing
26th March 2012	Sample book should arrive by the end of this week at the very latest – Go through the book and make sure everything is in order/note adjustments to be made and make sure the final images have been completely edited.
2nd April 2012	Order the final print of the book – special delivery from blurb printing Start writing the practise and evaluation report
9th April 2012	Make sure the book has arrived, track book if not turned up - Continue writing the practise and evaluation report
16th April 2012	Order book again if lost to ensure arrival Continue writing the practise and evaluation report
23rd April 2012	Continue writing the practise and evaluation report
30th April 2012	Complete practise and evaluation ready for submission
